Management Team

The strength of Coastal Construction Group's team stems from the fact that each of the key players brings unique important talents to the company:

 

John B. Clark, Jr. – J. B. Clark is a Managing Partner and is responsible for the on-site supervision of all construction activities. He is a Licensed Home Builder and has been in the construction business for over 14 years in Horry and Georgetown Counties . J. B. has been responsible for more than 100 residential and commercial building projects. Besides supervising the company's projects, J. B. is also directly involved in residential sales and new-client development. J. B. is a graduate of Socastee High School and is an Army National Guard veteran.

 

Jason N. Collins – Jason Collins is a Managing Partner and is responsible for sales, marketing, and the business management aspects of the company. He is a licensed General Contractor and earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Wofford College and a Master's degree in City & Regional Planning from Clemson University with an emphasis in Real Estate Development. For seven years, Jason was the City Planner for the City of Conway and worked with building and development leaders on projects totaling more than $350 million.

 

Ralph C. Bussey – Ralph Bussey is an Estimator and Project Manager for the company. He has worked as a Mechanical Contractor, Project Manager, and Building Inspector for more than 40 years and is a licensed Residential Home Inspector. His extensive knowledge of building codes enables him to review plans in detail, coordinate subcontractors, and resolve issues on the job site. Ralph has a proven record of maintaining schedules and managing project expenditures. He is also a veteran of the U. S. Navy and served in the Vietnam Conflict
